The manager on duty was very rude, had to be having a bad day. My order was messed up online so we called the store and they... apologized and was given credit. I just wanted the pizza remade so I ask the young lady if I can just bring the pizza back andget it fixed, she tells me on her line it wasn't a mistake so I told her on my online receipt I was charged for a Phillycheesesteak pizza and not bacon. She was upset and told me to bring the pizza and they will fix it and hung up on me. When I gotthere she slams the receipt on the counter and tell me that she can't fix my pizza the receipt says bacon and not Phillycheesesteak after she told me to come. Food came on time,compared to a previous time which was 2 hrs late. Our food was nice & hot. Driver was courteous.
It says 26-36 minutes delivery time. I ordered at 5:54. Called at 7, still hadn?t been delivered. I also put that they can text... me when it was delivered. Never got a text and the pizza tracker was showing bake and never moved. When I checked at 8:00pm, itwas in front cold. Rude manager. No communication to let me know it was there. Socks that all their specials and discounts are only available thru on-line shopping which sends you to the nearest shop - not... necessarily where you wish to pick the food up. No way to change it on-line. Just lost a long-time customer. Read more
I had placed an online order. Food was fine a little later than expected but not a big deal. Without asking I was given a... voucher via email for free pizza to make up for it. When I saw email it had expired. Store #8292 still honored it and with greatservice! Thank you! Good customer service still exists! ???? Read more
Normally I would give 5 stars, but this time I ordered pasta and what a disappointment. At first, the size of the box had me... thinking it would be bigger then pizza hut's offering. Not even close. It's like a 8" pie pan, half full. Very small. Thetaste is good, but for $6 it should be triple that at least. I would just stick to pizza from dominos. Read more
