Floor could have been cleaner. Water on the floor, any one could have slipped and fallen. Really crowed and noisy. Service... was good, she was really into her clients. Listening real good. service was alright. Staff is friendly. But my personal opinion is the menu sucks. I mean breakfast wise is great. but beyond... that it's very limited. I haven't been to one in a while prior to my last visit but from what I recall there was a broaderselection. if I was just rating breakfast they'd have 5 stars. but they got 3 due to the friendliness of the staff. Service is wonderful. The person who seated us was nice and our waitress was just a delight to have. She was there when we... needed her. Our breakfast was delicious, coffee was hot and our soda cold! They are fast and nice. Would definitely go forbreakfast again. Read more
When I arrived at this IHOP location, the front glass door was smashed open and had plywood as a cover. I placed two orders of... biscuits and gravy to go that normally cost $3 a piece. The cashier overcharged me $15 and then came back and said sorry wedon't serve that anymore ????.... I then said, "Why didn't you tell me that before i placed my order? I then asked for a refund,and the manager said that the money will be put back on my account tomorrow. I asked for a receipt showing that the order wascanceled and refunded... She said she can't do that, and I'll just have to take her word for it. Terrible Customer service. Theyneed alot more training. Read more
