Idiots They lock the lobby so it's drive through only. They only accept cash. They forget food in your order every single time... so you have to wait in the LONG drive through all over again just to get your missing items. I've seen employees dancing amdeven sleeping when they were supposed to be working the drive through window. Close this place down or fire everyone andrestaff with competent workers. Never go here. Went in and the employee told me rudely that they were only doing drive thru when I saw a couple of customers sitting down... eating. Went through the drive-thru, ordered, stopped at the parking to see if I had everything and they forgot my biscuits.Went right back to the drive thru and they gave me extra. Once I got home I realized that the bag where they had put my sides inwas a bag from Del Taco? They also included several Del Taco sauce packets which is weird to me. Didn?t like that at all. Oh this place is the bomb, they always have everything stocked up for every single thing us customers could possibly need, The... staff is always extremely friendly, and there is never any Mix-Ups in the orders, my food is always made so quickly and I onlyhave to wait at one window not two. When they change out the oil this place everything's fine. The problem is that they don't do it as much as they should. Nothing... is worse than paying a lot of money for chicken that tastes like dirt. We mainly go here when they have a deal going on becausethe prices are a bit high. Last time there were 0 pickles, this time I asked for extra pickles on both of my sandwiches. Confirmed it twice. One pickle on... each. This review comes after a bad experience for the 100th time. I have ordered from this KFC three times over the past 3 months. I personally would NEVER go here, but my client wants this... food, and he lives in Highland. I think the all-male staff at this KFC are COMPLETE idiots. Three times they have gotten theprice wrong (the guy at the 1st window), put the wrong chicken pieces into the order (kitchen staff) or given me someone else'sorder (the guy at the 2nd window). They are clearly having fun in there! But they can't do their (simple) jobs. Read more
