Every time I go here the same guy is in the drive thru. He is not good at all. He's a young kid that looks like Sideshow Bob... from the Simpsons. He messes up the flow of traffic by letting two cars at one order station sometimes. The absolute worstthough is when you get to the window. His customer service is awful and he always seems like he's high. At least the food is hotand fresh. Read more

I hate leaving a bad review when prior to last night my experience has always met expectation. I ordered food and i did not... receive it. They were very busy and would not provide the food to me as they stated they had already given out my order. Verybad customer service. There is more that i can write but I'm disputing the charge as i food not receive the food. I'm veryirratated that McDonald's would not make the transaction right. Horrible experience. My food was not what I expected. I bought 2 boxes of 20 chicken nuggets and 8 cheese burgers. I received... one bag. Since it was on the Drive-Thru. There's too many cars pushing you out of the line so you have no time to check yourorder. This is the second time they mess up my order. I live far from this place by the freeway. So it's a nuance to go back forstuff they miss to put on your bag. They have one Job!!!! Ugh I'm not too happy!!!. Read more

I've been going to this location almost everyday and spend about $400 a month here. I always would order a larger drink the... happy meal. It was never a problem. Then recently they began to charge for the up size which I'm ok with. The problem I have iswhen I pay for the up size and don't recieve the product. The redheaded manager refused to give me the large cup. She onlywanted to give me the 30cent refund. She is the only one that has ever had a problem. She originally wasn't even going to refundme.since my daughter went to get her happy meal. A refund only came up when I complained about it. I did become irritated anddid raise my voice. I do apologize for that but seriously why can't you honor what your patrons pay for. I won't be returning tothis location anymore. I'm very disappointed how she handled everything. For it being a Sunday night, my order was perfect. Let?s start with the fact that the ice cream machine was working (I haven?t... had McDonald?s ice cream in a long time since it?s ?always down?) but they had ice cream. It was a lot of younger employees andthey had such great attitudes. They even included the sauce that we asked for when we ordered. Food was good & fresh.
