Cool place but hard to get a table, had to go to the casino and make a reservation in person for later that night. Service was... not good as there wasn't a bartender for an extended period of time. Entertainment was not my cup of tea and not what I wouldcall "Rock" so a little bit of a disappointment. Ordered around 6 beers and a couple of bloody Mary's and a couple of sides witha pizza and it wasn't too expensive. The bloody Mary was very good. Got in line to make a reservation and was told it would be a 40 minute wait. After waiting for 40 minutes, my mother and I got... served by Lisa, the host and she gave us awful seats. We were sitting right in the middle of the restaurant and when I asked tochange seats, the waitress asked Lisa (the host) only for us to be ignored. We waited over 10 minutes to order our food but onecame so we just left. A couple months ago, we ordered food here and the chicken wings were so tough and dry. I wanted to givethis place another chance and got treated even worse. We're never coming back to Rock & Brews ever again! Totally not worth thetime and money here. The worst place ever. Read more

Let's get the possible negative impacts out of the way. Limited menu and wait times today mine was 30 minutes. Other than that I... like the environment and music. When you walk up to the entrance there's a host to answer questions, give a menu, directtraffic. Next, there are 2 order-taker stations. After you give your food request they ask for your name and phone number, thisis because they have a text message system that lets you know that the food is ready. Find your preferred seat when they textyou the food pick-up line is the bar near the entrance. As for me, I like the food. Enjoyed the ultimate burger. As said earlierthe music is fun to listen to. (Top hits in Rock. Past and present) When visiting the casino give them a try. The merchandiseshop finally reopened. The staff I met were high energy, attentive. Update: 3-25-22 Full menu, masks are optional almost feelslike normal. Concerts are scheduled. Otherwise as said in my original post I like the food, music and atmosphere. Read more
Love all the servers and great food. Loud rock music and weekly bands.. They need to play Classic & Oldies Rock & Roll music!... Too much heavy metal & 80's &"Punk Rock is headache while eating. Wow ???????? the pretzel is huge and comes with 2 dipping mustards and cheese sauces. I also ordered the salmon and onion rings... and a Red Bull. Jose, Jessica and Amanda were great. Thank you for a wonderful meal. 10/10/2022 - a different story - couponissued to 1000’s of players - this restaurant seems overwhelmed - won’t package to go orders you have to box them upyourself - seating staff Lisa needs to smile and acknowledge a compliment. Staff changes here like I change my drawers. I madea reservation a week in advance and stayed at hotel and still seems wrong. Manager comes over and tells me overwhelmed with75-150 food vouchers. They really don’t understand players like the freebies and like to be respected. Been here 29 minutesthis is a picture of my table. Look what just arrived. I’m happy now.
