I have called 5 times in the last 10 mins and no answer. What kind of business doesn't answer the phone? Our previous... experiences here were quite honestly horrible but wanted to give them one last shot. Obviously that's not happening. Someone incorporate should pull this franchise. We have to do better with hiring people. People now a days don?t want to work. Went into subway and guy who was working there... barely even said a word. There are standard questions. Type of bread and meat, type of cheese , any veggies? Any condiments? Noquestions asked .. ?worker? decided to just make his own assumptions. Like really? .. very lazy while grabbing things. Like Idon?t get it? if you don?t want to work then don?t! Stop wasting company?s time/ money and let?s move to the next one. Geeeshh!Just looks bad on subway! Read more

Placed a mobile order months ago, went in to pick it up and they told me they did not have the ingredients to make my either of... my 2 sandwiches. Also told me I could not cancel the order in the store, that it would have to be done through the app. Therewas no way for me to cancel in the app. I ended up being charged still. Reached out multiple times for months and never receiveda refund or a resolution to the issue. The principle would be to resolve the issue and NOT ignore potential customers Read more

Good location right off the 210 on the way to Big Bear. Friendly service. My wife loved her toasted sub. They did not have... roast beef so my Subway Club was lacking, but it was still good none the less. Read more
