We ordered 1 sandwich and 2 milkshakes. We only got the sandwich. We were told it was too late to order shakes when we got to... pick up window(9PM they are open til 10). We asked for money back for shakes we didn't receive and couldn't get that either. Wewere cheated out of about $8. I'd give NO STARS if possible. I took this closest exit off of 70 east because I really had to go to the bathroom. It said I had to drive 4 miles from the... exit.. I couldn?t see any gas stations around so once I saw this place I knew it?d be a safe bet. The bathroom was clean and Iwas able to treat myself to an Oreo shake for driving 6 hours today.. isn't the point of fast food that it actually be FAST? i have visited this location at least 10 times since it opened, and i... have spent more than 20 minutes in line EVERY SINGLE TIME. then to top things off, the french fry packaging refuses to stand upon its own so every time i pull my food out of the bag, half my fries end up on the floor. when most other fast food places keepyou waiting half of forever they tend to offer something free to compensate for the wait, or at the very least apologize... butnot this burger king, when you finally get to the window after waiting 20-30 minutes, the kid who hands you your food looks likethey haven't washed their hands in a month, and acts like since they aren't in a hurry, no one else should be either. at leastthe food is good even if it is pretty over priced compared to literally every other fast food place in town. I love eating at Burger King, but today was a disaster. The cash register girl seemed distracted and couldn't get anything... right. First she thought I gave her the wrong amount of money. Then I ordered a whopper with cheese no onion. My usual order.It came out with onions and no cheese. Sent it back. It came out no onion, no cheese. Finally got it right 3rd time.
