Old food in warmer. It's 130pm now. Staff complaining about making pizzas. Not all pumps are in working function.
Pizza is a must try. The breakfast pizza is awesome for early morning road trips!

The pizza here is great. Make sure to get the breakfast pizza. It has eggs and sausage and it tastes SO good!
Ever since the last managerial change, the store has been in a slow, but sure, decline. There have been several instances when... they didn't have the thing I was looking for, and I had to travel to other Casey's in other towns to get whatever that thing was(usually something from their bakery or coffee creamer). The former manager (who now works in one of the Troy stores) once toldme if they were ever out of anything that came from the kitchen, all I had to do was ask for it. He assured me his staff wouldaccommodate my request. That is no longer the case in the Highland store. I once asked the new manager, himself, if I could getthe item I was looking for, and I was turned down because the item was "frozen." They obviously weren't in a hurry to get theitem out of the freezer, either. I went elsewhere to get it. I've made complaints about the unavailability of the things I'vebeen looking for, and the response has been minimal, if at all. I've been told I'm not a "real" customer, despite my money beingas real any anyone else's. I've been brushed off with an eyeroll and an "ok." And I've been flat out ignored. This place usedto be awesome. Now it is not. I know the manager, and maybe that's why I'm not taken seriously... but that shouldn't matter. The level of professionalism is dismal. Much of the staff is the same as it was under the former manager. Under differentleadership, they were friendly and effective. These days a bad, indifferent attitude seems to be contagious and has taken overthe staff like a plague. Read more
Good location but what time do you open? Says 5am but sat on the lot for about 15-20 minutes before I left. I arrived at 5:30am... the staff was also in the building.... Read more
The coffee and the pizza is pretty good. It always feels like I get better gas mileage from Casey's gas too.
Oh my gosh 1st time we had pizza from the Casey's in Highland. Best pizza we have ate since forever!! And the guys working were... really great they were busy. I will definitely be getting more pizzas from Casey's. Read more
