Food's what you expect, people are friendly. But this store does not participate in the "so fast you freak" slogan. Very, very... slow delivery in a small town. Hasn't gotten better in the past year. I have yet to receive any order in less than 45 minutesfrom the time the driver left the store and I live 5 minutes away. Food is routinely off-temperature when it arrives and I haveyet to receive bread that wasn't stale and hard. Also, they will not cut sandwiches in half even if requested. None of this isnew info to the owners. They just don't care. Read more

I love your bread, you got that right, and you provide plenty of lettuce and various other veggies, but when it comes to the... protein,? you skimp. Because of the said love of the bread, I have frequented Jimmy John?s for yrs, but no more. After lastweeks Beach Club, sandwich, with not enough turkey for my liking, I was promised Avocado and instead I got a teaspoon ofguacamole, today I ordered a Totally Tuna, and got lettuce, cucumbers and tomatoes with a tablespoon of tuna salad, so wet theliquid dripped diminishing it further.
