The bread was horrible. Stale/hard 10.00 for a reg size sandwich and the bread was thrown away. Will not being going back.

Food's what you expect, people are friendly. But this store does not participate in the "so fast you freak" slogan. Very, very... slow delivery in a small town. Hasn't gotten better in the past year. I have yet to receive any order in less than 45 minutesfrom the time the driver left the store and I live 5 minutes away. Food is routinely off-temperature when it arrives and I haveyet to receive bread that wasn't stale and hard. Also, they will not cut sandwiches in half even if requested. None of this isnew info to the owners. They just don't care. Read more

The staff at this location is lovely. Jeremiah took my order today and is always so upbeat. The woman that gave me my food at... 12:30 on 9/1/22 was super kind. I always enjoy this JJs, but this experience exceeded my expectations. Read more

I love your bread, you got that right, and you provide plenty of lettuce and various other veggies, but when it comes to the... protein,? you skimp. Because of the said love of the bread, I have frequented Jimmy John?s for yrs, but no more. After lastweeks Beach Club, sandwich, with not enough turkey for my liking, I was promised Avocado and instead I got a teaspoon ofguacamole, today I ordered a Totally Tuna, and got lettuce, cucumbers and tomatoes with a tablespoon of tuna salad, so wet theliquid dripped diminishing it further. I agree with Lance Litteken; this franchise needs help. So, Jimmy Johns sent me a gift card a while back from another botched... order of Wraps. I said, Well I'll just go in and watch them make them...... That went well. I figured they got it sorted out. So today I did another order online. I asked for Bacon on all 3 wraps (it was a add on that costs extra) (No I did not openeach wrap in the drive through) I get home and My wife opens hers, and said "They did it again!" Sure enough; there is NOBacon and there were tomatoes which I explicitly requested not be put on her wrap (she cant stand them). Looked at the other 2wraps and yup NO BACON. I get it; is fast food; I also get the employees are young. But this is the 2nd Time now (alibet notin a row) that my order was NOT correct and I paid for the additional toppings....... I think I will be ordering fromEdwardsville (10 miles out of my way) to get a correct order. Read more

The delivery driver couldn't find my address. Didn't even drive down my street looking for it. When I called, it took them... nearly 90 minutes to resolve the issue. I was told I had to either accept food that was 90 minutes old, or I was out ofluck. Update: Unlike what the Owner reply states, this does seem to be how they roll. Went into the restaurant and stood there for 10 minutes as the only customers in line waiting to put an order in. About 5... employees were there, but only a few were actually working. One was running around feverishly and was very rudely yelling atthe others. Not once did they even acknowledge us or tell us they'd be with us in a second. We eventually got fed up and leftwithout ever even being spoken too. I understand times get busy and good help is hard to find these days, but this was customerservice at its absolute worst. I love Jimmy John's, but this was an embarrassment to the franchise. I'd give this locationzero stars if that was an option. Read more
