Most condescending and least customer centric service. The GM Cory was remarkably rude to my aunt after forgetting to give us... some of our order, so we split 4 pieces between numerous people. She went back with a receipt and was ridiculed and laughed at.Yes, this is a fast food joint, but this is gross and disappointing. The franchise is in trouble if this is a trend. Update: Weappreciate that. We were ultimately not given a major component of our order, and some of the staff behaved like preteenbullies. I had company in town last weekend. After a long day of school activities I made an order on the KFC app to pick up some food... in half an hour. When I showed up to pick up the food, the restaurant had the lights off and looked closed even though theywere supposed to be open another hour. I called the store and they said they didn't have the food and canceled the order. Ihad already paid and they said it would be refunded. After a week and speaking to a manager I finally called the hotline forthe app and was told the order had never been canceled, the store couldn't have offered the refund and they were veryapologetic. I've had previous incidents with this KFC and tried them again but after this I'll have to try another KFC. Read more
They are understandably under staffed, but upon entering I was told that I might as well leave because it would be a while... before I got my food and she didn't want to deal with someone yelling. She then said that the drive through would be quicker.First and LAST time eating there. Read more
