Kids who work here need to learn how to count. I paid for a three piece combo and received two.. This place needs to be shut... down. I don't think there is a fast food place in the St. Louis region with as low of a rating as this KFC. It's a reflection ofthe owner who is franchising here. Fast food isn't hard to make. Read more

Most condescending and least customer centric service. The GM Cory was remarkably rude to my aunt after forgetting to give us... some of our order, so we split 4 pieces between numerous people. She went back with a receipt and was ridiculed and laughed at.Yes, this is a fast food joint, but this is gross and disappointing. The franchise is in trouble if this is a trend. Update: Weappreciate that. We were ultimately not given a major component of our order, and some of the staff behaved like preteenbullies. If my family (Diane) chooses to go back, I hope she gets an apology and comped order. Thank you. Read more

Always short staffed. Mess up orders a lot. Never have the damn pot pie. Been going here for 7 years. Nothing has changed. Only... reason I keep going back is it's local. Read more

I had company in town last weekend. After a long day of school activities I made an order on the KFC app to pick up some food... in half an hour. When I showed up to pick up the food, the restaurant had the lights off and looked closed even though theywere supposed to be open another hour. I called the store and they said they didn't have the food and canceled the order. Ihad already paid and they said it would be refunded. After a week and speaking to a manager I finally called the hotline forthe app and was told the order had never been canceled, the store couldn't have offered the refund and they were veryapologetic. I've had previous incidents with this KFC and tried them again but after this I'll have to try another KFC. Read more

They are understandably under staffed, but upon entering I was told that I might as well leave because it would be a while... before I got my food and she didn't want to deal with someone yelling. She then said that the drive through would be quicker.First and LAST time eating there. Read more

Ordered online 45 min before we got there. We?re told upon arriving we would have to wait another 30 minutes for extra crispy... chicken, they were out of the filets for a chicken sandwich, and out of macaroni and cheese. This isn?t the first time, as othercommenters have also pointed out as well, that they are out of something. Incompetent employees couldn?t even issue a refund,said I had to call the KFC hotline. I stopped at the Highland, IL location to pick up dinner after swimming with the kids. Sat in the drive thru long enough to... pull up google on my phone to see if they were even open. I placed my order - a 12 piece meal and a spicy chicken meal. Gothome, missing the fries for the meal and the chicken was absolutely tasteless. Almost as if we were given chicken made hoursbefore it was given to us. Such a shame as I spent $45.00 there and will not be going back. Read more

My husband and I spent over 30 dollar's on our dinner. The chicken we have ever had it yes very nasty the coleslaw was not... edible the biscuits were not done so needless to say I called they done nothing I even called corporate I may as well may aswell saved my breath they do nothing. Never again will we ever waste our money on KFC I wouldn't even fed it to a dog it went tothe garbage. I wouldn't have gave them 1 star but had to so I could write this post ???????????????? Read more
