I'm a delivery driver for sonic although I haven't eaten there but I will say that the atmosphere is nice the employee's are... always friendly helpful and are very hard workers . Read more
My wife likes it. Food came out quick and was hot.
We came in from out of town and went thru the drive thru. After 20 mins of waiting for our order, I finally asked the waitress... how much longer before our order would be ready. She went in to check and after 5 mins more, she came out and said our order wasgiven to someone else and they would remake it. That was absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Needlessto say I will Never Go There Again! And we didn't wait for the next order....we left very frustrated. Read more
Half hour wait after ordering, half order wrong/missing, irritated, went in requested correction, mad but not cursing, manager... then felt the need to come out and make excuses rather than jump in and fix issue. 46 minutes for correct order and I don't wantto even eat it after how they acted.
