I waited in the drive thru for an hour. I ordered a plain chicken sandwich meal and ice cream. When I got my food, my fries were... so cold they were hard. My sandwich was loaded. I am extremely disappointed and will not be returning. I wouldn?t recommend toanyone. Read more

I'm a delivery driver for sonic although I haven't eaten there but I will say that the atmosphere is nice the employee's are... always friendly helpful and are very hard workers . Read more

We came in from out of town and went thru the drive thru. After 20 mins of waiting for our order, I finally asked the waitress... how much longer before our order would be ready. She went in to check and after 5 mins more, she came out and said our order wasgiven to someone else and they would remake it. That was absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Needlessto say I will Never Go There Again! And we didn't wait for the next order....we left very frustrated. Read more

Half hour wait after ordering, half order wrong/missing, irritated, went in requested correction, mad but not cursing, manager... then felt the need to come out and make excuses rather than jump in and fix issue. 46 minutes for correct order and I don't wantto even eat it after how they acted. Bunch of children running it. Burger King is just down the road, so is McDonald's. Skipthis restaurant. Read more

Stopped by around 6:30 with my 2 teens in the back seat. They didn't look very busy and i only ordered a blast & 2 shakes. I... timed it...from the time I got the prompt to pay (I was in a stall not drive-thru) to the time my order came out the door was 25minutes. I watched several cars leave the drive-thru and only saw 1 other car in a stall like me...and I watched them get theirstuff and leave too. When I finally got my order the blast was already so melted I was able to drink it through a straw with noissues (I've had shakes thicker than that). As I was pulling out I checked the drive-thru and saw 1 vehicle waiting at thewindow and 1 at the speaker. I can understand short staffed and/or really busy but with only 2 cars in the drive-thru and me I'mnot seeing what could have caused such a delay. I'm really disappointed especially since this is not the first long wait i'vehad here, Sonic can do better than 25 minutes for 3 items. Read more

Anytime I order from here, I have to check the order before leaving because they either leave food out or give you the wrong... food. Three times they gave no sauce with mozzarella sticks or the pretzel. They forgot the mozzarella sticks in one order andgave us fries instead but still gave us marinara sauce. The lack of care even for a fast food place is astonishing. Read more

I love this Sonic and their staff. With that said, I truly feel bad because I understand they're understaffed; however, we... waited for at least 25 mins for three meals and our food was brought out cold. I gave it 1 star because the young lady was kindenough to offer to remake the food because she felt bad for us. That took us another 15 mins smh. Unfortunately, I wouldn't goback again. We did ask for our money back at least since we never got the food. ???? The assistant manager stated that hecancelled the order but could not provide an updated receipt. I will have to wait 3 to 5 days to find out and hopefully get myrefund. I did call the franchise to file a grievance because I just want my money back... UPDATE.. Got a full refund, thank youSonic hope it gets better soon. Read more
