With the prices they charge, you think you could get correct food. Pay for 3 cheese sauces, you get 1. Pay for an ?everything... topping? burger get plain. Not to mention the drive through will ring in your order completely wrong but read it back to youcorrect. 5 - stars to the food runners. They are always on their A game and very kind. Read more

I love the Culver's on Ridge Road in Highland, In. First of all from the front to the dining are is ALWAYS CLEAN. Second,... everyone is so nice and friendly they make you feel welcome. Your staff must have had a BAD DAY this past Saturday, I had to go to the counter THREE times to get my order straightened out!... I think that I 'll take my business elsewhere for awhile. I do not recommend this Culver's unless you want to wait 20+ minutes for your food to possibly be correct. Yesterday on 9/14/22... at 6:45pm my receipt was printed at the window. I had to give the worker my order again because what he repeated back to me waswrong. It was right then that I realized why I made the mistake of going there yet again. By the time I ordered at the speakerto when I HAD TO GO IN and ask where my food was, it had been a total of 20 minutes. I walked up and asked a worker when order#1 was coming out. Finally, I'm guessing a manager, walked to a small freezer right by the registers (to the customers left, theworker's right) and handed me my three items with no explanation no apology, no word, nothing. My order had been sitting inthere with the custard already beginning to melt. Had I not waited so long I would have asked for my money back and left theorder there. How in the world do you just simply forget to take people's orders outside when you have a drive-thru full of carswaiting for their orders? Another time in recent months, the worker came out to my car 2x asking what I ordered. Both times hebrought out the wrong items. My photos show my melted ice cream and my receipt. I pulled over on the corner of Wirth and Liableto take the photo which is less than a mile away. This Culver's has major issues. No one can get anything right. Whoever theseowners are, seems like the only right thing they do is give a military discount. They do not care about their store enough togive it a major overhaul from the top manager down to the workers. Seriously, avoid this place and travel west to the newlocation in Hammond off of Indianapolis Blvd. Or better yet, head to the Schererville location. Their service is excellent. Read more

Really not impressive for a Culver's. Concrete mixer wasn't stirred, sandwich had more meat than ordered on one side, cheese on... the other, no condiments, four or five workers kinda just standing around... aside from the good flavors Culver's typically has,I don't have anything positive to say about this location. Sad, food was missing we told them what we were missing, the cooked the basket minus the fries we were missing. Came out with... the basket no fries and argued that they gave us the cheese curds. We never said anything about cheese curds ??????????? Staffdoes not seem to want to be there to work just to stand around chatting with themselves not worried about customers Read more

They have gluten-free buns, which makes them my favorite in fast food. However...we waited outside for half hour for a... forgotten milkshake before we had to go in and speak to someone. They made amends by giving us 3 milkshakes and an extra fry, sothey did what they could to make amends. The customer service was good, polite, and kind. They were simply swamped and made amistake. I wouldn?t even give them one star but I had to. We went to eat here. I ordered the Cod sandwich and let me tell you. It was not... even good the bread was so hard and the lettuce was wilted and was turning brown. I didn?t even eat it and there was nosupervisor walking around to see if everything was alright. The lines were long so I was not about to go back into the line andask for a fresh one not knowing what they would do, so here I am. Picture say a thousand words. Read more
