September 30, 2022 during the 0800AM hour, I experienced the worst service and the rudest, most vile and mean-spirited employees... ever at this location. The cars were backed up 10-12 deep on Ridge Rd and the employees displayed zero situational awarenessalong with an almost-palpable contempt for me. Went 20 minutes before close and spoke to ?manager? on shift just to be told they don?t take any orders past 9:55 when I was... sitting in the drive thru since 9:40. Went there to get breakfast today at 11am and they said they weren?t taking any food orders so I went on Uber eats and you can... order food on there.
