My first time here. Some of the best pizza I've had. Their crumbled sausage is the first of its kind that I've had-it was... awesome! The only reason for the 2 stars on service is because they were running way behind. We arrived 30 minutes afterplacing our takeout order (as per their instruction) and waited about another 30 minutes. They only had 1 of our 2 pizzas ready,so we ate it there while waiting about another 20 minutes for the 2nd to come out. We ate it there as well. They were reallybusy and cordial. The pizza was good enough that I plan to give it another try. Hopefully, the service will be on par with thefood quality. Read more
Got thin pizza with ground sausage and green pepper to go. It was easy precisely in 25 minutes like they quoted then. The staff... was nice. The place was clean. I had gone there 19 years ago and it hasn?t deteriorated! Read more
Langel's pizza is an iconic spot in downtown Highland. Whether you're out for drinks with friends and having a good time or... having dinner with the family Langel's has a variety of food and drink options. There is plenty of parking and Langel's offersdelivery. With a large menu which has some of the best pizza in the area. Chicken wings, beef sandwiches, and burgers, are justto a few of my favorite culinary masterpieces that come out of their kitchen. We love Langel's but the last few visits have produced horrible service. We waited 45 minutes for our pizza last Friday, 9/9,... and the couple next to us did not receive their order until 75 minutes after ordering. Langels has the best pizza around, butnot good enough to wait as long as we have over the past few visit. Read more
Went there for the crawl special which was Serrano jumbo wings. Had 4 orders which took about 35 minutes. There was... miscommunication with the cook about how many orders, so yeah......when we got them, they weren't what we expected. They wereboneless. But I will say, that they were crunchy on the outside and juicy in the inside. I didn't go googoo gaga over them butthey were ok. Read more
Absolutely the best Pizza in NWI. I worked for 11 years at Aurelios Pizza in Schererville(Best Aurelios, Stone ovens). As... Assistant Manager, my Manager Dave Scheidt and I would order Langel?s in Schererville(The original by Sherwood Lake Apartments)and swoon. From the crumbled sausage to the impossibly crispy crust, it had my soul. I live In Joliet, IL and I dream about thispizza. I?ve had pizza all over the world. It?s the best. Since it closed, I discovered Langel?s in Highland. The pizza is theexact same. Now add a great pub and restaurant space with incredible service. It?s the perfect pizza joint and it?s been here mywhole life. I cannot recommend this place enough. Go ? now! Read more

The service, great attitudes of the staff, atmosphere, location, and diverse menu are really what make Langel's shine. The... pizza is good, though not my favorite and they have a unique selection of specialty pizzas such as the pickle and cream cheesewhich is awesome. They have good beer selections at reasonable prices, party rooms, outside seating, and a really nice sportsbar area as well. Definitely a place to check out for lunch, dinner, or an outing with friends or family. Read more
