The people here are the friendliest of any McDonalds in the area. Always hot and tasty food. Highly recommended!
Food is OK. Service is slow. Seems like workers don?t wanna be bothered with your presence because they have to work.
The staff is really hit or miss. Breakfast crew is a solid 4! Make sure you double check your order and they are friendly enough... to help correct mistakes. The dinner and after hours crew... don't bother. "Ice cream machine is broken" and three employeesare in their phones- only two cars including myself are in line. Lady in drive thru was extremely rude taking our order, when we pulled forward even more rude. No hello, no have a nice day... nothing. Ordered 2 meals. One of which was a 2 cheeseburger meal, which they only gave us one cheeseburger. Had 2 drinks onlygiven one straw. Was not busy so not sure exactly what was so hard about our simple order. Read more
If I could give less than 1 star I would. Went here for lunch...not busy...order was taken after 5 minutes of waiting...stood... and waited for our order for almost 20 minutes. 10 people who ordered after us got their food and left. We didn't order a lot.Manager told us they are short staffed, which I totally get I work at a restaurant, but don't lie to my face when I can see 8people working in the kitchen. I've eaten the crispy chicken sandwich since I lucked up on it and loved it sometimes my dinner, but today I got a little... sandwich, first time my sandwich the chicken smaller than little bread, 8 dollar, I went back to McDonald's and manager saidthe chickens were smaller, the price should be smaller, lm still hungry Read more
Issue with their tea dispenser. Worker trying to pour out more tea but was running out. He was going to give me my cup with it... not filled to top. I asked for him to fill cup ( since 1.00 drinks are now 1.82) told him that I was on my way to work ( worknights) and I had a distance to drive. Mgmt stepped in and immediately took care of it. I enjoy their iced coffee. Usually the sweetness settles at the bottom and the rest just tastes like watered down coffee.... Requires you to mix it but for $2 I can?t complain. Sometimes I get deals on the app and I?m able to get it for $1. Read more
