Terrible service. Ordered delivery, received only partial order. Food was left restaurant for delivery at 7:12p and delivered... 7:50p. Attempted to call store. Took 6 calls before anyone answered. Requested rest of order or refund. Was told food would beready for us to pick up. Drove to restaurant. At drive through speaker asked for the rest of our order. Was told there was nofood for us and the kitchen was shut down. Requested a refund. Went up to pick up window. Again requested the rest of our orderor a refund. Handed receipt to cashier and pointed out what was missing. Was told again that no food was available for us. Isaid I wanted a refund. Cashier then said only a manager can issue a refund. Several times when we requested our missing foodthe worker pretended that we could pick it up at the drive through. There never was food for us and we were never transferred toa manager for a refund. I grew tired of whatever game the workers were playing, they had wasted enough of my time. Leftrestaurant. Still missing food, no refund issued. Read more

My dad and I have been visiting this Panda Express for lunch for a number of years. We have encountered some great people that... work there. The staff works hard to keep it decorated and operating as efficient as possible. I am particularly impressed withthe kind and professional encounters we have had with Brook and Angel. Ordered the shrimp walnut bowl yesterday around 5pm the shrimp was hard dark brown on one side terrible! I use to love it! Not... anymore. Haven't been there in a while so I was excited to go home and eat. So disappointed! Read more
I like Panda. The noodles and fried rice are consistent and delicious. Their seasonal entrees are interesting and usually... delicious. Standards like orange chicken are delicious. My favorite is the sweet fire chicken and chicken with green beans.Their egg rolls are not my favorite but I usually don?t need an appetizer. Read more
I can?t rate less then 1 but I?d give it 1/2. The past few weeks the food from here hasn?t been the greatest! My last 2 meals... were kid size meals and literally seemed like end of the serving dish nasty mush. This meal was purchased today and it issupposed to be beef and broccoli as entree and noodles as a side. This is the portion of meat I was served! I get restaurantsare short handed and what not but that doesn?t mean you need to skimp on the orders! Read more
Panda Express is really good and yummy. I love their orange chicken. I recommend getting a panda bowl other than a plate. They... also have cute $5.00 pandas at the register and some other small things you can buy. During the time they didn't have any lidsfor the Medium drinks nor did they have straws., but all is good.I love the interior design of Panda express. If I could give this restaurant 0 stars I would. I love the good but I could not believe how rude the girl at the drive though... window was, on top of being out of everything she rushed us and did not allow us to try and choose something else. On TOP of theline I had to wait in. All I heard was her saying through the speaker is that all? Is that all? Poor customer service on top ofpaying sky high prices.
