This place is disgusting. The older employee (with glasses) was very rude during ordering. She also was very ignorant during my... visit. The bathroom had the toilet leaking all over the floor and reaked of urine. The ceiling has been leaking for YEARS andthey still have not fixed the leak issue. I will never return to this location again. The older lady here should definitely befired. I never give one star reviews but this place is the epitomy of eateries. After I complained about the bathroom, the ladyTHEN said the bathroom was out of order and put a sign on it after I already got endured that disgustingness. I will benotifying the health department on Monday. In addition, the fountain machine was ALSO out of order and I was forced to buyexpensive bottled drinks with no refills being possible. The worst Sunday luncheon my family and I have ever had. I pray I donot get sick. I'll just eat at home the next time I want a sandwich. Read more
The old lady in the store was very rude. And think she's always right about everything. And no way to contact the owner. I'm a... truck driver and I would get sandwiches from there once in awhile and next door I would do my laundry but I have a bobtail andthe lady wants to come out and yell at me over nothing because I'm never there that long. I was at a curbside sign and placed an order to pick up. The old lady was rude and said next time I can't place an order and... wait in that spot because there were other people picking up their sandwiches.When actually I was the only one in the parkinglot. I had one of the worst experience ever here at this Subway! This was our first time ordering a steak melt and we had no idea... that you are limited to 4 items on the melt sandwich. The employee was so rude and told us the next time we come in, we musttell her it?s a steak sandwich because she has to cut the sandwich in half. Her attitude was dark and rude that she advised uson the specifics on ordering the sandwich the right way (her way). We placed our order online and picked it up in-store. They currently have an online order pickup shelf to the left of the order... counter, which saves online orders from having to wait or appear to be cutting folks in the order line. The BBQ chicken onwheat tasted great. All sauces and toppings were added in the correct amounts requested. My partner had a turkey wrap and it hadimmense flavor and tasted good. The only complaint (and the reason why I took off 1 star) was that they didn't bag the chipsthat I requested for me. That might seem like a small thing, but if I had ordered a drink too, it would've required going to thecounter, which defeats the purpose behind the online order pickup shelf. Add the fact that they have a Curbside Pickup option,where both drinks and sides would be expected along with sandwiches, and you can see that there is a disconnect on completelyfulfilling all items in an order.
