If I could leave 0 stars I would. Ordered good at 6pm, got there at 6:20 and they told me 10 more minutes, I said okay. Well 10,... 15, then 20min go by and I asked another girl how long for my order and she tells me it?s going to be another 15mins. Soliterally a whole hour since the time of order. I ordered the 8 piece combo online for pickup. By the time i got their my order was ready and the cashier asked me to check my... order before i left. The order was correct. The cashier also greeted everyone that walked in including myself. The voodoofries were so delicious that i scarfed them down. I ordered the Louisiana Rub and Lemon pepper flavor wings. Mimi was cash register taking orders in person and over the phone at... the time. The employees are moving extremely so without any ergency to get orders out. The female manager took two bags of garbage out,... put new liners in the trash cans. Not once did she wash her hands nor sanitize her hands. I definitely will not be back to thislocation PERIOD! Not to mention I tried calling at first to place my order three times. Online order said ready in 21 minutes, but it took almost 1 hr. Need to update your system. The food is good but everything else is trash! The service is slow and one of the ladies had a bad attitude and the other seemed... incompetent. Plus this place is dirty, my shoes were literally sticking to the floor, and there isn't a garbage can anywhere butthe bags of garbage LEFT ON THE TABLE! Placed an order online for a 20 minute pickup, went there for my pickup and waited anADDITIONAL 30 MINUTES for my food! On top of that, I get home and notice I'm missing an order of fries!
