Terrible customer service, poor value. We paid for a large, got what would normally be a medium. Paid for 10 wings, got 10... "pieces" of broken in half tiny wings. We asked if we could have half bbq and half buffalo; when the girl asked the manager orowner shouted "absolutely not". If you like being treated poorly by snotty hipsters, overpriced mediocre pizza go here. Nexttime I'll be going to Highland House. Better pizza, better ingredients, super kind and humble owner. We ordered dinner from crazy gator tonight and the pizza dough was hard on the bottom but super chewy, almost impossible to eat,... we were super disappointed we usually love it here. The past several times I?ve ordered for delivery they have told me it would be close to an hour even though we are 15 minutes... away from the location. After an hour head passed called and was told that the pizza was just coming out of the oven and itwould be a be arriving soon. This has happened multiple times. Then the pizza would arrive in 20 minutes. The last time I calledI was told the pizza would arrive in an hour. It didn?t so I called again and was told it was just coming out of the oven. About20 minutes later I called again and was told it was just coming out of the oven . The girl I talk to was very confrontationaland disrespectful and said it was just coming out of the oven. When I expressed my anger she told me that she was not deliveringmy pizza and was going to hang up on me which she did. Today is a Monday in June, no special occasions, no sports on TV, nothingunusual, so why do I have to wait for a pizza for an hour and 20 minutes? Place looks like a dump from the outside , but the pizza here is outstanding. You cannot beat their prices , and look for those... coupons in the Highland Shopper. I like and recommend getting their pizzas well done!! Read more
