Ordered a LG. Coffee when I paid the girl cashier did not give me my change or receipt. When I told her she had not given me... either, she was rude. After she finally gave me change, she proceeded to pick the receipt out of the garbage. I told her toforget it. Maybe she has not heard of germs or covid? When I picked up the coffee, it was like I had paid for hot water , nocoffee taste what so ever. Then upon speaking to the shift manager, Becka, she pretty much blew the whole situation off . When ever I go to this location they mess up my order I ask for a large coke with a 10 peace Mc nugget j get a medium coke with... no ice a cheeseburger instead of nuggets but they still had the dignity to put the sauces in the bad I?ve had bad experiencesthe last five times I?ve been here I?ve spent over 80 dollars on those past five times feel like I?m just getting scammed atthis point Read more
This is typically my favorite location. But over the few months. They've been lacking on some things. Not giving out napkins.... Asking for ketchup and not getting it. The fries old and not full. Just paying for something extra and not getting it. I knowthey're struggling for help. Hopefully things will get back to the way they used to be. Read more
The food/drinks are always well made/tasty. But the drive through line always takes longer than it should. I should not have to... wait 15 minutes for one item when the people in front of me are only getting a couple of things. Read more
Staff was pleasant. Not many customers but I still felt like it was dirty inside. The ketchup machine was positively gross.... Whatever came out of both of the dispensers did not have the taste, texture, color or consistency of ketchup. Read more
People are very nice and can get the order out quickly but there's about a 2 in 10 chance you'll get your order right.
