Food was excellent, but it wasn't fast... probably because they were so busy!
Extremely dismal service from drive-thru. This location intentionally disregards customers for extended periods at drive-thru... screen to create fake drive-thru times instead of taking orders in a timely fashion. They literally wont take an order untilthe previous customer has completed the order pickup or has been asked to pull up and wait in a parking spot. Waited close to10min at order screen with no response. Manager Edward presents to customers as a very irritated person. Poor customer serviceto say the least. Read more
I waited 3-5 minutes before I asked if there was anyone working the front counter; a young man I believe was the mgr, told me he... wasn't familiar with how the Rewards Program worked. After being told they didn't have drink carriers, I responded 'You guysare something else!' Read more
One of my favorite fast food joints. The staff does an amazing job with making your order exactly the way you want it. For... instance there?s some condiments that I don?t like on my burger and out of all the times I?ve gone here this past year I thinkthey made a mistake with my order but I feel like it was mostly my fault and not the employees. Meh... I haven't been to Burger King in years because I didn't like the food. Just decided to try their Double King Burger -... still don't like their food. That said, service was fast, restaurant wasn't particularly clean. If you like Burger King, you'llprobably give this one three stars as well. Read more
