The prices at McDonalds are as high as ever and the employees make more than they ever have yet the quality of service has gone... downhill. I?m constantly asked to pull into a waiting spot for my food and then they either bring the wrong persons food or aremissing my food. One day they made me pull up for a McFlurry they were waiting on and then brought me a happy meal. If they gotpaid for performance the employees would end up paying the customers. Read more
When we walked into this fine establishment, it smelled like our childhood. After hours, the staff was not only friendly, they... were just *wow*. As my friend was ordering, they made the food on the spot, and then handed it to her before she even payed. Andthis wasn?t your average fry order, this was a 10 piece nugget and Oreo McFlurry with extra Oreo my friends. 5/5 would recommendthis eatery. Read more
Walked in the empty lobby, no one is standing at the register. After 5 mins a employee comes up to order their food for their... meal break. Doesnt acknowledge me. A door dash pick up person comes in and she?s standing theres with me looking puzzled too.Minutes go by the employee gets their food and im left still stand there while other employees behind the counter walk aroundand talk amongst themselves. So I friendly walk out and go to the drive-through and order my food and when I get my food, it iscold very mediocre. Read more
Horrible experience as a customer. I repeated my order twice to them fully an clearly an repeated again to where they told me... they heard me then made me sit for 5 mins to yet get my order an it's exactly what I said not to do. At that point I don't wantthe food an I returned it without getting anything in return I was disgusted Read more
The worst McDonald's I have ever been to. No matter what I order or what time of day, it's never ready. And about 1/2 the time... (after waiting several minutes for someone to bring me the food-they tell customers to park in a numbered spot and someone willbring out the food) they forget either part of my order or the sauce for the chicken nuggets. Service was fairly quick for the amount of people waiting to be served. Appears to be clean & well kept which is a big plus as... some McDonald's establishments we've visited were in need of picking up. The one issue we've had some difficulty with isentering as the front doors are too heavy to open especially when you have mobility issues. Read more
Good location right off of 9W. Friendly service. Food is what you would expect of a McDonalds. They do the franchise proud.
Gave me my food and had me pull up and wait for an orange juice and then never brought it out to me I had to go in and get it.... Place is a joke every time I come there!! Just like I cut off Burger King in Highland for their service it is going to be thesame for McDonald's now!! Read more
