We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who's staying in the Highland area. The 5 stars isn't because it's "fine dining" -... as in an upscale New York or Tokyo culinary destination - but because the meals we ordered, the ambiance, and the service, werereally, really good for this little town and for the prices they charged. We started with the fried zucchini and can honestlysay it's the best we've ever had! We then shared the "Veal Vigneto", which is veal topped with eggplant, sautéed spinach,ricotta, mozzarella cheese and marinara. It was SENSATIONAL!!! The Chianti complimented our meal perfectly. We were too full tohave dessert so we finished our meal with Kalua on ice instead (like tiramisu without feeling over the top full).
