This location is tops! The employees are bright, cheerful and pay attention to details. The dining room is neat and clean as... we're the restrooms and the food was hot and fresh. This location is walking distance from our new home so we'll definitely beback. Read more
Not impressed with my last visit. My husband was thinking about what to order and the cashier totaled the order without... confirming we wanted anything else. When I got my order the girl told me they did not have guacamole for our salads but that they were already made so it couldn?t... be changed. I told her I should get a discount then. She instantly stated that I did get a 15 percent discount then gave us ourfood. I then realized she had just lied to me about the discount. I don?t appreciate being lied to. I was pleasantly surprised with how good my salad was. Grilled chicken something in a crispy tortilla shell that wasn't bad at... all. Nice. But it wasn't what I wanted. I wanted a big old greasy cheeseburger with fries and a glutinously sugary beverage.That's what I wanted but I'm getting older and I just didn't dare roll the dice at a place like Arctic Circle. But the kids mealpresents were Peppa Pig which absolutely nailed it for my daughter who hung like a monkey from the play place right next to ourtable THE WHOLE TIME. Burgers for everyone else were ho-hum but that's Arctic Circle. Oddly, the fry sauce there is just alittle off--not bad or gross, just not my favorite mayo to ketchup ratio, you know. This location is getting better compared to the last year or two when they were understaffed. My biggest complaint is the Ranch... Burger is something I have had since a kid and it used to be way better. Primarily melted cheese on a hamburger seems to be athing of the past with Artic Circle, or at least this location. I'm sure they microwave the food when ordered so i dont know whythey cant time the placement of the cheese a little better so it melts before I start eating it. Read more
