Reviews for Pique Thai in Highland, UT

In an area with few restaurant options close by I'm so glad we have Pique Thai. We've eaten there many times, mostly take out... and have always had a great experience. The food is still hot and yummy by the time we get home to enjoy it. My only critiqueis I wish their lunch specials included a cup of soap as many other Thai restaurants do like Spicy Thai, and others. Yougenerally get a medium-sized curry, white rice, an egg roll or fresh roll and your choice of a cup of soap (Tom Ka or Tom Yum)or Satay with peanut sauce for $7.99-8.99. If they had that, I would eat there much more. Even if they offered a cup of soapas an additional side whereas right now you have to order a bowl large enough for a group to share. I think if they tailoredthe lunch specials a bit more to individuals instead of larger groups they would see more lunch business. Overall we love PiqueThai and we're grateful to have them in Highland/Alpine. Read more

I ordered this and then started reading reviews.. bad idea I know! Once I started reading them I ALMOST cancelled my order... because I saw a lot of negative comments. I?m SO glad I didn?t though! I ordered the pumpkin curry and the flavor is perfect. Ithas a bit of spice, perfect pumpkin flavor, and the jasmine rice option was perfect and the chicken was cooked perfectly. TheONE Bad review that I do agree with however, is the consistency. It is pretty thin for a curry. It it was a bit thicker it wouldhave been perfect. Long story short, I WILL be ordering again ???? Paid $13.99 for about 5 bites of cold broccoli beef. Also ordered a sweet chili sauce and paid $3 for 2 containers of literal... chili flakes, no sauce at all. Refused to give a refund after I called and complained. Won?t be going back again! Read more

Love this place. A friend took me here for lunch a few weeks ago and I've probably been back four times since. I really like... that they have a few curries, like the pumpkin curry, that you don't see at most American Thai restaurants. The spicy friedrice is pretty good, too. Friendly service. Read more

Everyone in the party felt the food was good. The service was friendly but did not time the arrival of the starters and the meal... well and didn't really know what dishes they were bringing out or who each dish went to when the main meals arrived. We werethere post lunch rush and the place was not busy. Would eat here again despite service. Read more

I was so excited to find a Thai restaurant only to order their takeout lunch specials and I got home and opened it to find... this!! I have at least 2 pounds of rice and one dry piece of meat, 2 dumplings two containers with very little in and a sideorder of shrimp rolls for nine dollars and they are dried up and old. The bill was $27 and I gave a 15% tip and it was not worthit at all I will never go there again Read more

Ok, this is an updated review. Every time we've been here, the food was fantastic. The very first time, the service was lacking... but every subsequent visit has delivered prompt and perfect service. This last visit Noah took our order and took great care ofus. Thanks Noah! We ordered the egg rolls and pumpkin curry and red curry. The pumpkin was really refreshing and a great takeon how to use pumpkin well. I'm pretty sure that my wife will always only get that from now on. I really enjoyed the red currywith beef in it. I normally get chicken but the beef was a nice addition of flavor to the overall experience where I feelchicken normally just absorbs some of the flavor. If you like a little spice, this is a great dish for you. Read more
