Only go here when in a pinch for food and it?s too late to cook. Experiences here are usually mediocre, but this time was... unacceptable. Ordered pick-up for 3 chicken tacos, chips, and a Burrito Bowl with Extra Steak and Extra Rice. (Make sure to askfor your food if it?s not on the shelves as they sometimes tend to keep it on the table behind them.) Got the food home and sawthere was not even Chipotle?s normal size for either portion I paid extra for online. Barely any meat or rice. Brought it backand spoke to a different worker than the guy I picked it up from and they said, ?Oh no! I?ll make you another one.? The new bowlwas way better. 2 stars for good customer service! Thank you! Shouldn?t have had to return my food though in order for them toget it right when I paid extra for it. Customers if your NOT satisfied and can, bring it back and get what you paidfor! ***Follow up to their response: I did reach out to the company about this location when this happened, and NO ONE everreplied back about their cheapening portions, even when extra portions were requested online and were paid for. Add 20 mins minimum to your "order time". They have literally ONE person making food for a restaurant where you can only order... via the app. Restaurant laziness at it's finest. This is what happens when you don't have competition in the area. Read more

By far the worst chipotle I?ve ordered from. The staff consistently messes up my order. I once received a quesadilla box with... everything but my quesadilla because the staff literally forgot to place the actual thing I ordered in my bag. Read more

Not once have I consumed a chip from this location that wasn't wildly stale. I'm also pretty sure they're just like tostitos... tortilla chips or something. I've never had a chipotle chip that tasted like these. Read more

DoorDash Nightmare! Unpredictable Technical Difficulties and No Bathroom! This particular Chipotle Grill has signs posted... outside for online pick up only. Yet, during an order gone wrong, we found it difficult to receive assistance from the staff dueto customers attempting to place an order. We had driven miles for this DoorDash Delivert and ended up needing to cancel theorder. Apparently, when inquired, the staff said that they did not receive the order at all. I looked at their list andconfirmed that the order was not successfully sent. For whatever reason, they had technical failures that prompted a greatinconvenience. Overall, I will not make a 30 mile drive for any future deliveries for this Chipotle Mexicab Grill even if thepay is in the double digits. Read more

I?d give this place zero stars if I could. I?ve given this establishment chance after chance, and I can?t do it anymore.... Sometimes I?m waiting 45 minutes in line, other times I have to deal with an order that was messed up, or even somethingelse. I don?t blame it on the kitchen workers; they?re very understaffed because people in this country - and this area, inparticular - would rather live off of working people instead of getting off their couches and going to work. But there?s noleadership at this Chipotle, and it doesn?t seem to be a model of intelligent management. So, I encourage customers to taketheir business elsewhere in Highland Falls - especially to the small, family-owned businesses that actually offer expeditiousservice. The food was good and my issue isn't with the employees. I actually felt bad about the 3 of them having to be slaving in an... assembly line while 10-15 people stood around for almost an hour for their order. They were so backed up, that I came at 6:30(For a 6:30) and they were still on 5:45 PM. Which, isn't their fault. It's a small space and they can only move as fast astheir hands allow them, while leaving little room for error. Chipotle, as a company -- do better. I waited 40 minutes for myfood, but I blame the company, not the doers. You can't cram workers in a 2x4 space and expect them to move like a machine.Space out the times and allow the workers time to actually prepare, without being stuffed with work. God forbid if one of themhad to use the bathroom or take a lunch break. They can't even ramp up staff, because the kitchen isn't huge enough. Like Isaid, the workers were great and I'm not going to complain about them, because the higher-ups will make their already horridwork shifts, more demanding and horrid. Shout-out to the young ladies working orders, for still killing it and doing theirbest! I'm leaving 5* for the workers. Read more
