We just got food to go for dinner with my sister who just had a baby, so the atmosphere doesn't apply to this visit, but I have... eaten here several times. So basing this visit on what I did experience. The food was delicious as always. Ready in a timelyfashion and the order was accurate. The parking lot needs some attention. COVID hit all the restaurants pretty hard, and thisone was no exception. They have dealt with being short staffed on several occasions, but they work through it and try to provideyou with the best experience they can. I have never had a bad experience here. I've waited a few extra minutes when they areshort staffed, but they apologize and move forward, getting you drinks and food as fast as possible. Great place, great staff,great food, ok parking lot. Went for the unlimited wings but the offer had just ended. Got the 2 for 30 with salads, ribs, and the chicken. Chicken was... delicious, adorned with onions and shrimp. The place was understaffed. Brown lettuce in the salads, fries that were old and kept warm and cold chicken strips. Jen, our waitress was rude and kept... biting her finger nails. Walked by numerous times and never offered a refill. When my wife asked for dressings for the salad Jenrattled them off so fast my wife asked if the dressings were listed. Jen stated that she had just told us what the dressingswere. When we complained about the salads and fries she stood defiantly and asked what we wanted her to do. We won?t be back. Read more

I?m only giving 2 stars because they comped us a meal. We didn?t have a great time at all. My mother in law was there on her... 60th birthday and smashed her finger on a broke chair she was seated in to the point it was purple and they brought out multipleice packs, the food was under seasoned, half of us didn?t get a refill, when they visited the table for the for beverages thatdid they didn?t take any cups with them leaving the table crowded, the silverware and napkin situation was a mess it was just apile in the middle of the table that had everyone reaching over each other?s food. We had reservations going here based onreviews but still gave it a shot. I hope they figure it out there. At some point I imagine they?ll see a lawsuit of some sort. Read more

Don't place a to-go or delivery order from this location. I've had good experiences and food when eating in; however, last night... I ordered delivery. VERY DISAPPOINTED. I ordered the Tex-Mex Shrimp Bowl, minus the rice and pico. When it arrived, I hadlettuce, guac & maybe 10 shrimp (pic) - was missing the black bean corn salsa, chimichurri & tortilla strips! AND I didn't evenget additional blackened shrimp that I paid an extra $4.99 for. Total charge was $26.13 for what I would say was an $8 salad -with a huge chunk of lettuce core (pic). SO UNHAPPY.
