I was on hold for 50 minutes after I stated I had a free pizza credit from last Sunday now 50 minutes later a woman answered and... Ordered delivery with a 25-35 minute wait. We're over an hour in and nothing. We tried to call and waited on hold for fifteen... minutes--nothing. I called back, someone hung up. Tried a different option and was connected to an off-site call center whocouldn't help. So now, Pizza Hut has essentially stolen $41 and is wasting our time by not answering the phone. If you can'tfulfill the order, don't take it, or let us know you're cancelling it but don't just do this. We will not order from here again. Read more
