Order BEFORE 3/4P. I don't know what it is but this place goes from decent to poor experience quickly for evening eats. I've... had catering orders, mobile orders, and stood in line - all separate occasions - each with an evening problem. Whether it's noplastic silverware and napkins, missing catering order items paid for, or my most recent mobile order that was supposed to beready by 6p that isn't even started by 640...it's just always something. I am a regular at this location, mainly due to the food quality and excellent customer service . However, today had a staff... member whom was very rude, aggressive and unapologetic in her candor toward both staff and customer. Out of a line of 20 3 inaddition to myself said they would complain. She was yelling at staff members, and refusing to give missing items to order pickup customers and those who were in line asking for their items for their meals. This is in complete contrast to the normal wherestaff usually welcome back customers and remember their order. She prevented any such customer service with her irate badattitude. The Burrito I got tasted fine. Steak, nothing fancy. It was about the size of a baked potato and just didn't seem to fill me up... like it used too. What I love about Chipotle is that I know I can expect fresh food, consistent quality and fast/friendly service. Unfortunately... I now know this isn't true for every location. I have never been in such a dirty, unorganized restaurant. There were no napkins,none of the fountain drinks. I went to the women's restroom and there was a male employee in there fixing his hair. So here is the goodness truth. I really need to stop eating Chipotle. My body rejects it. Not for sure if it?s the quality or... lack of from the food. Service was good. Card reader was down. Not a problem lots of heads up entering the building. But had to have been the BLANDED... food I've ever had. Took a Cvd-19 test right after to make sure. Only taste on the food was the guacamole. Burrito was huge butit had zero flavor. Read more

The staff here is horrific. There is literally a bank across the street yet they are constantly telling about having no cash/... exact change. Who manages this bullshh. And the food is prepared not bad yet not at all good. Over it! Read more

The WORST experience i have ever had 1. The portions are a joke. I have to say ?double? everything to get the normal portion... sizes. I walked away with a bowl that was half full. Normally my bowl lasts me two days but after this one I was stillhungry 2. RUDE RUDE RUDE!! Most of the staff has AirPods in and I need to repeat myself before they can hear me say my order.They seem to be in no hurry which makes the wait time incredibly long. I waited around 20 minutes when the line was no more than5 people. 3. They run out of most things. I got to the front of the line and then was made aware that they have been out ofsteak since an hour earlier. I watched as half of the line turned around and left. If that doesn?t convince you that this isthe worst chipotle on the planet, here?s a picture of how they prepared my tacos for me. I had mentioned the awful portions butthey seemed to go crazy with the sour cream. I did not say double sour cream, I just said regular.
