I?ve been to many Panera locations coast to coast. This is by far the worst one. I ordered a cold brew coffee drink not even a... menu that needed to be cooked. Nobody was working. I mean the employees there were not working. After I asked a couple timesafter my order the supervisor started to make it. Better avoid this one unless you just need a self serve drink. Read more

It's a Panera bread. Service was quick. Staff was friendly. Food took a bit to cone out but it was at the end of lunch rush.... Nothing terribly exsiting about the visit. Food was what was expected. Read more

Always have had issues with their pickup. Ordered drinks and always says "ready for pickup" but then I have to ask them for it... when I get there. Now they are having issues with keeping the place open and have to open late or just lock their doors makingme unable to get anything there in the morning like I used to daily. Read more

I got sick on Mother's Day and had to cancel my plans. Lucky that Panera was open and we ordered Uber Eats Family Feast with... Cookies. The food came so fast and everything was fresh and taste great. This was my first post-Covid Panera experience. Things have definitely changed. $41 for 2 people to eat! My goodness. I was... shocked by the sliver of baguette I received! They are thinner and shorter than they used to be. The cashier was excellent, butthe staff behind the food counter preparing our food were so-so. I asked a question and didn't get a polite reply.
