The service has improves BIG TIME!!!!! No more issues with using my credit or debit card on their machines and being double or... triple charged on my account because they have new Machines! customer service is very friendly and they still give the redChipotle Salsa but only upon Request! So if you want some of that super yummy Salsa to add to your chicken, rice and beans besure to ask the staff for some Chipotle salsa as they give you your food to go. You can still dine in if you want but I livetaking my food to go so I can watch TV at home while enjoying my Pollo Loco meal. Anyways it's so refreshing to see theimprovements in the restaurant and I am very happy to be back there to buy good again. Read more

Be careful with the staff they play with the food in this Location. Staff this staff doesn?t play attention to the food. The... cook cleans the grill With a pressure hose next to the chicken that?s being grilled. So water and debris gets on the chickenthat cooking. Read more
After i requested more chicken and shrimp on both tostada bowls they gave me less of everything barely any beans and rice and... barely even filled the bowl half way .There's so much space and you can see the shell mostly on the inside of the bowlincluding the bottom part of the bowl. Read more
I ordered a burrito and it had chicken bones in it! They just threw my food together and gave me the meat that was old and... overcooked, dry and I couldn't chew it because it was hard! This was the worst meal I have ever had! Since the gentrification itseems like they are trying to get afro-american people not to come patronize them! this area has become more racist than it waswhen it was mostly Hispanic! The chicken is really good but is very small. The side dishes are pretty good especially the coleslaw, Mac and cheese and corn.... Family meals are pretty expensive if you don't use a coupon so just be wary of that. Although chicken sizes have gone down a bitand prices have risen it's still a solid choice. Read more
