The food is more expensive than before with less quality in product. Seems like it is a race to the bottom, as I didn't think... anyone could do worse than McDonald's, but 2 of their patties combined is the size of a regular burger from BK. Jack wasn't thebest, but they were certainly better than what they are now. It's cheaper to cook your own burger and you can get 6 patties forthe price of one Jack in the Garbage meal. Customer Service cannot cover the executive decision to cut cost. They're basicallythe same as McDonald's but the only difference is that they have an ice cream machine that works. It's awesome to have a Jack's in Highland Park that is 24hrs. There is also free WiFi. Food is good, comparable to other places.... Staff is decent. All in all good place to go for midnight munchies Read more
