OK so this is a 2 year update and I'm doing my best to keep things as good as possible but it's been getting harder and harder... to do this. The new staff that are working here really need more training when it comes to placing orders for thecustomers. If a customer orders a Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese, it does NOT mean you give them a Quarter Pounder andcharge them for the double version. I've had this problem way too many times with fries too. I don't even remember how manytimes I have ordered Large Fries and I get given a medium for the price of the large one. I check my orders now before leavingthe drive thru window because I want to make sure that my order is done correctly so I don't have to comeback and complaintabout the food not being given correctly. the staff get upset and try to make it look like I'm stealing food whenever I have tocame back to have an issue corrected. So if you come here, even if they have a line in the drive thru make sure to check yourorder before leaving the drive thru window, and double check your receipt to correct any issues ahead of time from.the paywindow. I have a pic to share with a large order of fries I purchased, I got the large size container for the fries but lookslike they gave me a medium size amount anyways. Look, If you want to get paid $16.00 an hour here at McDonald's I'm fine withthat which also means that ill have to pay more for my food to offset that cost of your higher wage but please do your jobcorrectly to justify that higher wage. When you guys get consistent on having my order correct, I'll change my star rating to ahigher one. I know that the work is hectic there and I appreciate you guys helping feed my family with quick meals but pleaseget better at managing your time. I work a fast paste job too and for the same wage and if I screwed up that many times I wouldhave been fired. One person was working food, which is understandable due to it being 8;45, but they had all the food ready and nobody was... bagging it. There was 4 people just talking about who knows what, all i heard was laughter. They took about 10 minutes tofinally get it bagged and ready. Not very happy with service here. Read more
This place stopped taking orders at the register and also closed the soda machines and stop giving refills. Save your money and... go to the Mc Donald's on Figueroa. Quality is better and refills are free. Read more
I really don't know what happened to this set of Chicken Nuggets ????. They should probably have some quality control or... something like it. First off they got my order wrong, I ordered spicy chicken ???? Nuggets and got something that looked likePork Rinds. Like if they were dried up or left overs from the day prior. I said, I'll try them.... awww man was that a bad idea????. Imagine taking a bite of Cardboard. Well that's what it seemed like when I tried one. Had to toss them to the dumpster! Real disappointment today. If i pay for a large i expected a large french fries. I expect french fries to be hot and crispy and... unfortunately the fries were cold and soggy. I ordered a large frozen drink but it looks small. Drive thru was quick today butcan be awful. Everyone was polite and recieved my receipt but too busy to turn around. Food was decent, pretty much what you expect from McDonald's. What made this experience a bad one was the staff. It's not like... they were being out right ride or disrespectful.
