This is the third time I?ve been to this location. The first time they got my order wrong twice. Second time was fine, and today... I went for the third and last time. Made hot coffee when I ordered iced, and when I asked for the iced coffee they just dumpedthe hot coffee into ice and gave it back. Also ordered a hot coffee which they only filled halfway. Seems like the entire staffare kids that don?t really care about their jobs. Just go to another dunkin. Read more
This use to be my fav dunkin I would drive from glenview since that is were I live now but not after today I always order... caramel macchiato today I could not even taste the coffee usually macchiatos have lots of espresso so sad the quality haschanged this drink tasted like an iced latte they never messed up my drink before only my husband ordering iced americanos twicethey gave him more like iced coffee terrible won?t be coming back Read more

Today was the last time to give this place any more business. It?s managed by what looks like a sixteen year old high school kid... and a crew to match. Bought a coffee and the cup and lid can?t seem to stay tight enough to be leak proof. Drive back and askwho?s going to clean up the interior of my car , the manager tells me it?s not their fault the lids don?t seal. That tells methey knew. I have had several bad experiences here already and it?s enough. I had to ask them for a refund. She gave me back themoney while snickering and laughing with the other slumber party goers. They also don?t know who owns the place. They will soon.Good riddance. Read more
Who taught these people to make coffee? The iced coffee has way too much milk in it. Lattes are supposed to be 80% milk, not... iced coffees. The amount of sweetener the put in it is insane. If you ask for light sweetener expect to have confusion and ageneral sense of dislike when you roll up the window. In fact, it's probably best to expect teenage anger no matter what youorder and for the coffee to be handed to you without a word and a smirk. Horrible experience. Drive thru, Ordered two chocolate glazed doughnuts, clearly stated *not the cake ones* and a sweet tea,... because they love to give the cake doughnuts out when you order Chocolate glazed. Of course, get to the window and received thedoughnuts I didn?t want. Ask for the ones I wanted and the young lady wanted to go back and forth with me over doughnuts thatI?m paying for with my money. Requested an exchanged for original glazed simply because I?m not paying for something my kidswon?t eat. She rolls her eyes and exchanges the doughnuts. Get home and my tea is unsweetened. Seriously? I get back in my carand drive back there, I literally can walk to this location from my house. Go inside and see said doughnuts I originallyrequested, and ask for a sweet tea. Sis again wants to argue about sugar and this and that. I?m just like ma?am, can I get afresh sweet tea or can I get a refund? Sis rolls her eyes and makes the sweet tea.
