My friend and I decided to stop here after a recent Ravinia concert. A bit surprised to learn they were take out only, the... weather outside was nice, so what the heck? I really enjoyed their Won Ton Soup and Kung Pao Chicken. My friend was a bit lessenthused with her meal. She had shrimp appetizer and was not impressed. I will definitely go back if I am in the neighborhood,or after another Ravinia show, provided I don't have my friend with me, I don't think she would enjoy it too much. Delivery was made 15 minutes earlier than I asked. Just doorbell ring and found food sitting on my porch, no delivery driver in... site. Egg rolls are not the best, but not the worst I've had. Ordered Mongolian beef which was immediately put down the garbagedisposal, it was flavorless and sitting in a pool of water. Also Ordered Sesame Chicken, it was horrible, no white meat to befound anywhere. I threw out all the food and went to Portillos. Don't order from here, 42 dollars wasted. Update: This weekend we had fried rice and an entree, unfortunately food was terrible. Downgrading... ********** We were... skeptical to try this place given the poor reviews based on service and food. We rolled the dice and just had chicken friedrice and Singapore noodles for lunch today. We were reasonably satisfied with the taste and quality. Although fried rice wasbit too oily and bit salty overall the flavor was good. Not the typical flavor less rice you get in my most places. Singaporenoodles were barely ok. A bit too dry and lack of flavor. I feel they are bit pricey for the quantity and quality. Read more
Our neighborhood chinese restaurant was closed. I chose Jade Cafe on Doordash. The food was surprisingly good! We totally... enjoyed it. I will order from them again for sure. Then entrees were nice sized, well packaged and very tasty, especially theMongolian Beef. The rice was so fresh and fluffy. Very, very good! Read more
I still like Jade. They do get orders wrong though. You need to be certain they understand just how you want your order, or it... won't be worth it. Peanuts and almonds can have a stale flavor. When I tell them I want almonds to be fresh (which I shouldn'thave to do), they are fresh. Chicken is clean and fresh, sauces and gravies are really good. Read more

Very rude I paid $28 bucks for aChinese food of course they take card payment over the phone once they have your money it doesn’t matter the way they treatyou I know next time... Ordered delivery directly on their site during Covid. Within a minute of submitting the order, the restaurant called me to get... clarification on a request I made. Delivery was quick. Food was very good. Spicy Lamb had great flavor but could have beenspicier. Everything was excellent. Read more
They always try to keep maximum AC off to avoid the electricity. If you request to sit in uper hall. They excuses that it is... reserved. I came here more then 50 times. But maximum places are reserved. They want to sit all customer in one floor with oneAC only. A very disappointing behavior. Restaurants are supposed to facilitate customers, but they always tried to givedirections to customers. My request to the owners to take notice. Otherwise soon you'll lose customers like me. Read more
