It's been a long time since I'd been to Michael's and it is 10x better than it used to be. The decor and tables are really nice... and clean. The burgers were good too. one critical feedback I can give is about the gluten free buns. When it was brought to ourtable these buns were cold, unlike the normal buns. And when I asked if they can warm them up too, they graciously agreed, butwhen it came back the buns were like a rock. They shouldn't keep these buns in a fridge until the customer asks for one. andthey should lightly grill these gluten free buns warming up from room temperature to make sure they're neither cold nor rocksolid. Fantastic place for lunch and dinner. Food is delicious and they have great gluten free options, including a dedicated frier.... Customer service is above and beyond - we have celiac disease (gluten allergy) and the staff went above and beyond to make surewe felt comfortable and were happy with our food. Went for dinner and it was $54 for 2 burgers, chicken pita sandwich, a cup of chili and 2 fountain drinks. Burgers and sandwich... didnt come with fries. The chili had no side condiments like onions, sour cream and cheese. A friend ordered a baked potato for$9,and again, no sour cream, butter, salt and pepper on the side. Whatever happened to the Michael?s I remember? There recently prior to a movie. The skin on the hot dog was thick and I had to... take the skin off. Also, overly cooked. So very disappointed! Read more
I love the new ordering set up. Splitting the pickup orders from the in-house orders I feel, made the wait time a lot less. ... The young girl that was at the in-house station, was very helpful. I am sorry that you took away the falafel sandwich. Pleaseconsider bringing it back. I was looking forward to having that for dinner all day today and when I got there you didn't haveany. But the burger was delicious. I also like the 50/50 with the two different kinds of french fries. That was tasty. Read more
Great hot dogs, kosher dogs, char dogs, and Polish sausage, fixed your style or Chicago style, and tasty cheddar fries, as well... as salads, baked potatoes, and burgers. Great service and outdoor seating. A family favorite. Read more
Take out and outdoor dining only. It's the same old Michaels, really tasty burgers really tasty dogs really tasty salads really... tasty fries. And awesome salads. if you need a respite from Burger King and McDonald's, make sure you come to Michael's you willnot be disappointed.
