This Dunkin? is maintained very well and there is little to no garbage inside the store. Their selection of doughnuts is not... big, but there is a decent variety. The seating area inside is not very big, but it is manageable. There is at least some spotsfor you to sit. Overall, this Dunkin? is very nice and I would recommend it to anyone in town. Read more

Ordered a matcha latte. They made an iced coffee latte/coffee. Told them, ?I got a matcha latte.? They insisted otherwise. I... decided it wasn?t worth arguing and I took my first sip. BLEGH. It was like 10x sugar (sticker said 1x sugar) and it was sosweet and milky that I didn?t taste the coffee at all, just diabetes. I went to get someone?s attention and asked them to pourhalf of it out and to fill it up with regular iced coffee. I explained this twice and used hand motions to show how I wantedhalf the cup poured out and filled up with just coffee, since she kinda just looked at me. I proceeded to watch the woman notpour anything out and just fill the cup with a single sips worth of coffee. Now, that was two ruined chances to improve customerexperience. I threw the drink out. Dunkin 55 Raritan ave Highland Park nj is horrible i don't recommend. someone needs to get new employees or train the current... employees how to make the food and drinks. I was just there a few minutes ago and bought a small iced coffee, a mediumstrawberry coolatta and 2 wake-up wraps. This place was overly priced compared to other Dunkin's i go to that's around and theice coffee when i tasted it made me make a sour face it was just nasty. The strawberry coolatta was also very sour and justutterly nasty. The wake up wraps had uncooked bacon!!! at first i didn't mind it and ate it then my stomach started hurting. ifi could get a refund I'd really appreciate that because that was really bad experience never had something so bad from a Dunkin'Donuts. Unacceptable. These are old dry donuts that have been out forever. You are supposed to follow quality guidelines and throw... donuts out at a certain time and replace. This Dunkin obviously keeps it until it gets old. I ordered online bc I am sick. Theyare not what was ordered. It looks like they just took the left over donuts they had, and shoved it in a bag. I never complain,but this is not even edible. It?s crusty and hard. If you don?t have what customers want, just cancel the order! Read more
Thank goodness my coffee was at least made right. Drive thru was a complete mess....it has been 4 days since the snow storm and... snow has turned into ice at the drive thru....not sure if they plowed or if they plowed, it was done poorly because my AWD SUValmost got stuck in there. Not only that, my food was hard as a rock and burnt! I ordered a toasted cinnamon raisin bagel withcream cheese but instead I got burnt, 3 day old tasting bagel! What a waste of money! Read more
I go here everytime, and I always think the person at the counter has had a bad day. But it happened again this morning - I... can?t imagine how someone can be rude to a customer at 8am. He was extremely rude - and rolled his eyes for every single requestof mine. Like he was doing me a favor. I ordered 30 munchkins and I had no idea what was in the box he gave and like anycustomer I asked if it was indeed 30 munchkins, not because I doubted him, but because I was making sure he got 2 orders - 1 of25 and the other 5 / he goes ?do you want to count??
