I had one of the best drive through experiences today. The order taker was upbeat and friendly. He asked questions and upsold.... He was polite. When I actually got to the window he smiled and made a terrific impression. First time in a while that I havebeen through a drive-through and my order be correct. Korey Hardy is an AMAZING Customer Service representative! He was clear, articulate, great attitude, professional, polite and... went the extra mile. He was working the drive through at lunch rush and not only did he quickly help me Choose what I wanted, behe offered me options for upsell, like dessert. I am absolutely impressed and he alone made my experience worth it. The fish wasgood, sides were ok, we didn?t get the roll, but Korey and his smile made it all great.
