The smoothie was good but the ?quesadilla? was not. I ordered the 3 cheese quesadilla and didn?t see 1 cheese.

I?ve always loved this place and usually the food is great! Today I sat at the window for 15-20 minutes while they made my food... which caused the line to back up behind me. I ordered two avocado grilled cheese?s and when I got home they both were missingthe bacon and the smoked tomato sauce, and there were huge yellow chunks of unripe avocado that I had to pull out. This was our last time here. First of all there is a absolute lack of managing. Poor teenage kids are left alone without any... guidance, manager is never around. Takes way to long before drink/food is ready, coupons don?t work and staff doesn?t know howto activate coupons, and above all, food quality has become very bad. We used to love this place but hardly go there anymore. They are just ridiculously slow. They'll have 3 to 5 people working and... we'd wait behind 1 car for 15 or so minutes. We've actually left the line, drove over to Bahama Bucks, gone through the line,and when driving away we notice the line at Tropical Smoothie hasn't moved. So we don't go here anymore. Read more

We have stopped by three times since they opened, and we just love this cafe. The smoothies are delicious, and the lunch menu is... fantastic. It's just the right amount of food. The salsa that comes with the quesadilla is addictive. It's been great for mydaughters and I on spring break, and I've noticed plenty of other teens discovering it too. Read more
