I was lucky enough to get a reservation at Ristorante Paoletti on a recent trip to the area. I can't say enough wonderful... things about my meal. I read a prior review that mentioned the food was too spicy, and I certainly did not find that to be thecase. My meal was perfectly seasoned (risotto to die for), the service was amazing, and nice ambiance. What more can you askfor than great food, great wine shared with great friends. Four of us went and everyone loved their meal. Eggplant Lasagna, Osso Buco, Mushroom Risotto, and my FAV the Cioppino which was... seasoned perfectly had large fresh shrimp, tasty large scallops, mussels, and a small 1/2 lobster tall. For a 200+ dinner we expected so much more. The table was very small The Service was horrible. Asked for a sweet red wine and... was brought a mix of white and red wine trying to pass it off until I asked to see the bottle. Then our food was brought to thetable and was so over seasoned we couldn't eat it all . My wife's dish was so unbelievably spicy! She is currently in thebathroom sick. Absolutely fabulous, the food, the servers, the bartender and the owners. Can't say enough except I truly wish there were more... places to eat like Paoletti's. High End Prices but Excellent Food and Service. We had dinner and found everything to be well prepared. I am not going to... single out individual items because everything was exccellent. Our server, Robbie, was welcoming, knowledgeable and effient. Hehappily went out of his way to ensure we had a perfect experience. I noticed that they had a wine expert that counseled on winetableside.; but because we do not drink, we did not use his service. The restaurant had many design features to minimize noiseand provide a comfortable dining experience consistent with a fine dining restaurant. The cost of the dinner was high $169.45before gratuity, but worth it! Read more
Wow! What a great experience for Friday evening Father’s Day Weekend with my family at this beautiful and Fantastic... restaurant. Fist I called and left message to make a reservation. You must make reservation on advance. Nice gentleman Call meback and we made reservations with a perfect time for my family and I. We show up and a great hostess greeted us and table wasavailable and ready! I loved that our table was kind of privet even though the restaurant is not that big yet very cozy! Ok???? the waiter was the best of the best and the food was Delicious! We had the best time at this well organized, beautiful,fresh food cooked restaurant. Look at menu on the the website is fab! We're big travelers and foodies in our mid 30's. Paoletti is without a doubt one of our favorite restaurants and easily makes... our top 10, if not top 5 experiences. The food, atmosphere and service are totally on point and prices are appropriate for thelevel of quality. Be sure to call ahead, I think 2 months is when you can try. They stay fully booked, because they are thebest show in town. Read more
