First time there but believe it or not there is a Burger King inside of the Walmart there is absolutely no signs outside to... indicate there's a Burger King inside the Walmart so by a leap of faith I went in and located it to pick up my online order nowthat I know it's Sarah should be easy to find in the future. another thing is is that salads are not available at that BurgerKing they cannot sell salads because they are inside a Walmart and Walmart sell salads so if you order a salad online you'll getthere it is to be told you don't get that you need to pick something else of equal value never very nice about it and help meout but Shuck's darn didn't get my salad. I saw the new Ch'King burger advertised on television earlier in the day. Knowing that the King always somehow one-ups McDonalds... with similar products that are usually better, I raced over to my nearest BK, which, having a less than favorable retailfootprint in my region, caused me to end up at a Wal-Mart location. "Customer sees ad, goes to purchase product same day." It'severy marketers dream! This one was snubbed by the employees working at 7:41pm on 6/13. I've worked closing shift at at fastfood restaurants. 8:00 would be a lovely time to get off, but no, I've fired up some clean-for-the-night appliance countlesstimes at 12:56am just to serve the customer their exact order. Had this been a simple mistake, or a mismatched order (I was theonly customer), it would have been fine, but no. I ordered their flagship new product, with near 20 minutes left before close,and, after hearing their muttered unmentionables, I grabbed my bag and ran home only to find two classic chicken sandwiches thatappeared to have been sitting 3 hours plus. Wrong item, deliberately given as such, considering it was a flagship promotionalsandwich I ordered, unmistakable in nature. It was the laziness of the employees that made me so disgusted I couldn't even eatit. Take pride in your job. Even if you'd rather be designing satellites or colliding atoms, you've still got your mark to makein this world, and the two gentlemen who "served" me failed miserably, and with fair evidence, intentionally.
