The chick who works the cash register that looks like Roz from the movie Monsters Ink, is probably the least inviting person to... be the face of your business, and customer service first impression. I get it, it?s fast food not fine dining but man I?veinteracted with her and seen her interact with other customers and she could be the least friendly person I?ve seen working aposition like that. I?m going to give her the benefit of the doubt and say she?s autistic because that?s about the only excusethere is to have someone like that working a position like that. Would give 0 stars if possible. I have never had a positive experience with this location. The drinks always taste wrong and... frankly very gross. At one point I had gotten 3 cokes from this location and each one tasted significantly different from theother 2 but all 3 of them for sure did not taste like coke. Additionally food is frequently made incorrectly or undercooked andthe staff is rude at this location. Read more

hispanic woman (i say this because there was 2 and the other one was white) taking our order at 10/10/22 around 8:25pm was... extremely rude to us and audibly sighed when we asked to make 2 separate orders and just kept saying what do you want trying torush us. she then began to make fun of us when we pull up to the window. we asked for a manager and he was just as rude sayingwe were being threatening when all we did was ask him to speak to her about her attitude. he then proceeded to tell us he wasntgoing to do anything about it and laughed at us. im a young person and usually dont make a big stink about these things but imactually disgusted with how we were treated when all we did was ask him to talk to her about her attitude. worked here beforeand i know for a fact this woman has a serious attitude problem and treats customers this way often. I have had a couple experiences at this location, but after my experience today I decided it is time to leave a review. I had... gone through the drive thru for a mobile order I had, and the code was not working so they asked me to come inside. When I cameinside the code still did not work, so I showed them my order receipt. They saw the code on my phone screen, so it was proofthat I did order it from the app and the code was correct. The receipt from the app was even more proof yet they told memultiple times "I don't know what I can do for you". They wanted me to reorder my food to get a new code, but I told them I wasalready charged for it so I would be charged again if I did that. I then went on to show them that it charged me since they weretelling me it shouldn't have, and they continued to leave the counter and come back during all of this about 5 or 6 times. I wasstanding in there for about 45min until they told me they can give give me my food for free this one time since they didn't knowwhat was wrong with the system. (but I had already been charged so it was not free). First of all, I had all of the proof thatI could give them to show that I paid for it already, but they continued to try and find my order in the system for 45minutes.In my opinion, this is unacceptable. As a customer, it is not my fault that the mobile order did not go through correctly, sowhen I give proof of payment and receipts I should be given the food I paid for. I should never have to wait 45minutes in thestore when I have proof of payment. Second of all, the employees were not very kind to me, and have not been during previousvisits too. I have seen a lack of enthusiasm and respect towards customers, and for being paid almost $20 an hour, I expectbetter. Yes, I know this is a fast food restaurant, but for any restaurant the customer should be treated fairly. I ordered two sausage biscuits and a coffee in the drive thru. All the person at the pay window said was 'two biscuits and a... coffee,' barely confirming my order. All I got was two biscuits, no sausage. I've had to, on almost every visit, reconfirm myorder and wait to get my total at the first window, not knowing what I'll be paying, or if they got my order correct. They did awesome! We ordered 5 meals and a Happy Meal and they nailed it. Quick and accurate. It was nice not to have to go in... to correct something. The people at both windows were very cheerful. Very nice experience ???? Read more

Was here on Sunday with my grand daughter for lunch, there play place is open so she got to play. A Groupe of teenagers about... 15 or so, came in and just started monopolies the play place and forced my granddaughter out, we went the the manager andcomplained but he said he could not do anything cause they all bought drinks, no food, we left and won't come back. I stop at this McDonalds once a month every month on the first weekday (L. S. S: I pick up an advance on my check in the area... and want some food after cashing it). I can honestly say I have never had to wait an unreasonable length of time and my food hasalways tasted as fresh as possible. Some MCD locations absolutely chomp dong, this is not one of those locations; this locationsuckles it in the sense of the pleasure of a nice big nut, well okay not that good but you get the picture.
