I ordered wild rice soup and turkey bravo (for take out). I did ask when ordering if the sandwich bread was toasted. Got an ... "I believe so. " Got home and had to toast the untoasted bread. That is when I found the piece of bacon almost as long as mylittle finger (and that is being generous). On to the wild rice soup. It tasted like chicken noodle soup with a few pieces ofrice. Worst wild rice soup (if you can even call it that) I have ever tasted. I discarded it immediately. I expected better. Not likely to return. Read more

Last 3 times visited and each time the order has been incorrect! Missing items each time. If this hadn?t been the 3rd strike... with this 4 walled circus show, I would?ve gone behind the counter and micro-managed the staff to make sure they could simplyexpedite the order appropriately. Luckily, I will not be going back. Panera charges way too much for the consistency inincompetence! Read more

The kitchen is not organized here and food takes way too long to get completed. Plus, it looks like there are several kids just... standing around instead of helping out. Needs better management. Read more

Came in for my birthday pastry, (9:40 am),would have spent money on more but the cashier onboarding was extremely rude. He went... to the backroom to count his till and didn't even bother communicating to the only cashier up-front, who handled the change ofguards like a champ! Kudos to him. However due to the rudeness of the other cashier I won't be returning. Read more

I forgot to redeem a discount while ordering on the app, and I was able to talk to the manager to request a refund. She was very... professional and helpful and refunded even more than I had paid. Thank you! Very pleasant experience. Read more

All is good here except the rather high prices for the rather small portions of food. I spent $12 and walked out hungry. The... good news is it's healthier food than any fast food joint, and it's a nice environment inside. I was there at about 2 pm on aFriday and it was fairly quiet with soft music playing in the background. I will go back despite the high prices. ???????????? Read more

I don?t go to Panera much but when I do I?ve been getting this Turkey Bravo for the last 15 years. I get extra meat so it?s... around $15- not cheap. The soups, sides, salads, and coffees are all good but my favorite thing about Panera is their iced teaselection. Read more

Visited this location to try the macaroni and cheeses sandwich. We proceeded to get a plain grilled cheese on plain dark dry... toast. There was a tiny amount of mac n cheese. (See picture). We also ordered the broccoli and Mac bowl and chicken soup. Thebroc Mac was probably 70F and when we let them know they said to ?warm it in the microwave by the coffee station!!? Iced tea hadso many grounds in it we couldn?t drink it. Save your money. Picture is what it should look like, and what we received. Read more
