I love the staff and the pizza is good but for some reason our last time the instructions resulted in burned and dry pizza. May... have been user error but I've done this several dozen times a year and not had it do this before... if something changed in theinstructions or the dough please tell us so we don't waste our money. :( Also, they really should pay at least minimum wageinstead of expecting customers to tip. I like leaving tips but what extra service are we topping for? Making a pizza? That'swhat we're paying the store for. Terrible service. Obnoxious staff. They screwed up the order (wrong toppings and overcharged me) and when I called to tell them... about the problem the guy I spoke to was extremely rude, refused to listen to me, told me to ?call back tomorrow? and hung up onme. I had a birthday reward for a free pizza valued up to $16, I placed the $15.75 order online. I got to the location at 9559 S... University Blvd Suite 103, Highlands Ranch, CO 80126 and the order had not gone through. The manager bossed me around andinsisted on doing it at the register. She ordered me to put my phone number in their rewards machine. She could not figure outhow to get the $16 reward. She could only give me a $10.50 reward. She tersely asked if I still wanted it and I said no. Sheproceeded to sarcastically say Have a Good Night in front of all the people waiting. I went to my car and ordered online toanother location with the $16 reward. This manager represents Papa Murphy and it was one of the worst customer service I haveexperiences I have ever had. I have come to this store for many years and always been satisfied. However my most recent experience will be my last with... them. The bacon chicken artichoke pizza seemed way heavier than normal, but I didn't think much of it at the time and they weregoing to be closing in 5 minutes. I backed the pizza as usually do, and when I started cutting it it was kind of soupy and eventhose i backed the crust off the tray the last 5 minutes the crust hadn't gotten really crispy like it usually does. I cut acouple of slices and we sat down at the table. First bite, what the heck! my sister and I looked at each other and spit it out.Something was grossly wrong. Wrapped up what hadn't been cut to bring it back. I called the store manager Jordan today, to letthem know I would be coming for a replacement, and was told that they can't do anything about it. I said we didn't eat it and Ihave the rest of the pizza minus the two slices and I would be bringing that back with me. He asked me what the problem was andI told him that it didn't taste like it should and we spit it our. He asked if it was made correctly. I said I assumed not sinceI order this pizza all the time and this wasn't edible. He told me that they are all made the same and there is nothing he coulddo, and then proceeded to argue with me about it. I don't know what was different, but it certainly wasn't what I ordered.Apparently, customer satisfaction isn't a high priority with this store. January 2018 Update: Wow what a transformation. I am adding another star. Tge service was outstanding and the place is upgraded... - I will for sure continue to come here. August 2018 Update: Wow I had to remove some stars - Seriously degraded as far asspeed - VERY, VeRY Slow. Ordered ahead and still had to wait 2017 Review: Best Take-N-Bake Pizza! Walked in and waited over 30 minutes for my pizza. 10 minutes of that time was waiting for my order to be taken. Granted it... was 4:30 on $10 Tuesday, but that is no excuse. Everyone in this location is slow. A herd of turtles is faster. The kidsmaking the pizzas did not appear to have the proper training and there was no manager in sight. They had no concept of anassembly line and no sense of urgency. Every pizza took 5 minutes to make - way too long. One kid was even making pizzas withone hand - the other looked to be in working order. Edit: Management/Customer service never called back to resolve any of the issues. I received one of the worst pizza's I have... ever seen! I ordered the Herb chicken Mediterranean and 1/4 cheese on original crust .They forgot the sauce under the 1/4cheese. The toppings were severely lacking and not evenly spread throughout the pizza. They put barely any Feta on the pizza.They didn't braid the crust, and on top of that they made it on thin crust instead of original! Read more

Sorry to hear that ownership changed. I have been coming here for many years and today was not a good experience. It took the... new crew way too long to make my simple pizza although the place was almost empty. The pizza was not made very well, not enoughingredients and they changed the dough recipe, not for the better. Plus the salad I bought was on its last legs. Going by otherrecent review this seems to be a pattern. Honestly I am not surprised, the manager was nowhere in sight and assuming that youcan buy a franchise and it will run itself with 16 year olds at the helm is not good business sense.
