I always ask for "extra sauce" since their pizzas are dry and taste like cardboard. They ALWAYS forget the sauce and when I get... home and have to choke the stuff down. Tonight I ordered 4X sauce since I expected I wasn't getting the cooks attention onprevious orders. After an hour wait I got a cardboard pizza with no sauce. This time I actually sent it back because I reallywanted to enjoy this pizza. The girl that took it back said it would be a 5 minute re-make. 30 minutes later....the new pizzacame back to me.. in anticipation I opened the box and...it was still cardboard, no extra sauce! It's a shame, this place usedto have great food and service but has steadily gone downhill the last 2 years. As I read the owner replies to these reviews, itseems like I am just one of many that are having the same poor experience. I think the guy doing the owner replies is the samegoof making the pizza.. Fun place! The pizza was delicious. We had the Pearl. Yummy! Zack is the best waiter we've ever had! Personable, knowledgeable,... suggested beers based on our life and bright us a sample. We'll go again but only if we can sit in his section! :) Thanks Zackfor being awesome!! Read more

50 minutes and counting to get two burgers with a 7 PM (pretty standard) arrival. Feel so sorry for our waiter and the manager... ? the company?s central leadership is obviously checked out. We?ve had this issue before. Buyer beware. Not likely to return. And note to the owner ... please don't respond with the usual thank you and "we will endeavor to do better" response. If youhave issues with leadership, hiring or retention, why put your customers through this so consistently? Reduce your hours orlimit your capacity. It's not worth the increasing disloyalty to your brand and doesn't help the bottomline. Read more

Really inconsistent pizza across locations and even from the same one on different nights. Sometimes thick crust and... undercooked, sometimes thin, sometimes covered in raw flour on the bottom, and sometimes really great pizza! Read more

I went to Parry's for the first time at dinner on Saturday evening. I sat outside on the patio. The staff and servers were very... friendly and helpful. The only issue was that the drinks and food came out so slowly. You could tell it is harder for the staffand they really try to compensate with extra water and checking in. I ate a buffalo chicken wrap with parmesan fries. Food wasgood. They had a special for a free appetizer when you are a first time customer. It is great if you are drinking and relaxingwith friends. Less good if you are really hungry or in a hurry. Read more

Tried Parry?s for the first time and pizza was pretty mediocre and bland at best. $2.99 per topping. We paid $12 for 4 toppings... and got $1.00 worth, which was pretty disappointing. Front staff was clueless. We were told we?d receive a text when our pick uporder was ready only to return 20 min later to a cold pizza. MUCH better options in the area. We likely won?t be back. never eat here. no real chef in the back some 19-19 yr old kids running shop in the back and 15 yr old girls with horrible... attitudes working the front. I cant explain the level of disgust i experienced eating here with my wife. i filed a complaint tothe health dept and the business dept. This place needs gordon ramsey and god. Read more

Really disappointed after picking up two pies. Paid $3 / topping and got about 1/2 a thinly sliced mushroom per slice. Nothing... special with the base pie either; low on sauce + low on cheese = expensive dry cooked dough. The staff was really nice while wewere picking it up. Read more
