Their avocado tacos have the THINNEST slice of avocado and then are piled with lettuce, tomato, onion, cilantro - and they each... cost almost $4! Their side of tots, which costs maybe $3-4 dollars, had about 20 tots; much smaller portion than it used to be;doesn?t even fill the basket anymore. The portions used to be better - what happened? Stopped here for lunch today since my fiancee and I are moving to Highwood soon and wanted to check out some of the local... restaurants. It was delicious and we really enjoyed it! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food was veryflavorful and I can't wait to try more of the menu! We had tacos and elotes today and I highly recommend. Thanks for a greatexperience! Low-key restaurant for a quick bite. The variety of dishes on the menu is unbeatable; gyros, burgers, Mexican food, and more are... all available for purchase. Fairly good hot dogs and fast food. Fries were good skin ons but far greasier than the typical. A little pricey for the area,... but does have soda refills. Haven't tried the Mexican offerings. Read more

I always get the taco plate. My family prefers the pork tacos with corn tortillas, but I love the steak with flour tortillas.... They give you 3 pieces of lime (other places never give you enough). I'm disappointed to write this as MW was one of my favorite hot dog places on the North Shore. However, on my most recent visit,... I see they are doing what many other restaurants have had to do - raise prices and reduce quality/portion size. My hot dog wasvery average for the now higher price and the fries, at a smaller portion, were so greasy I had to use a napkin to sop up theexcess grease. Their menu still has many interesting choices but I used to come here for a good hot dog value and unfortunately,based on my most recent experience, it's no longer worth going out of my way. Read more
