The garbage attitude of staff members gives me cancer.
They are really good but I do wish they would clean there work area because I got some food that I did want any sauce on because... they didn't clean there work area now I don't even know if I want to eat it just seeing how dirty it was. Read more
Was charged double. Had the protein bowl. Was not impressed. When asked if I wanted onions, I said yes and the worker literally... picked up the onion piece by piece and placed it in there. A total of 5 or 6 pieces. It was the weirdest experience. I don'tthink I want to go back. Read more
Like any other Subway, it's a good place to grab a quick bite. They didn't have a vegetarian patty (it's usually not available... in small towns), and they couldn't apply the coupons we happened to have at the time even though they were valid and didn'tmention any location restrictions except that they were valid at participating locations - I guess this was not a participatinglocation. Awful experience. Waited 20 minutes in line for a sandwich, and ended up walking away; the line had only moved about 2 people in... the time. Lots of people angry, staff fighting back (three were working) and accusing customers of messing up and getting out ofplace. The store was extremely dirty, inside and out, and the room had a very uncomfortable feeling attached with it. I wouldnot eat here. I was really looking forward to a subway sandwich, but fought my hunger and waited until I was farther south inArizona to eat something else. The way the team of staff members handled themselves and worked with the customers was extremelyunprofessional- two people had mistakes in their orders, and those two are the only two they were able to help within twentyminutes. Two stars solely because it's difficult times, and I'm sure everything is a bit more difficult. Cleaning protocols arehard to follow, and high demand because lots of people are travelling, I guess. I try to give the benefit of the doubt, but thisexperience was absolutely awful. So many red flags in such a short timespan. Hard to eat a subway sandwich without thinking ofthis experience.
